Ingredients:

1. Sundried Tomato: 350 gm

2. Garlic: 20 gm

3. Salt: 10 gm

4. Black Pepper: 10 gm

5. Olive Oil: 100 ml

6. Parmesan Cheese: 50 gm

7. Chicken Thigh: 200 gm

8. Parsley: 20 gm

9. Paprika: 30 gm

10. Butter: 10 gm

11. Satay Stick: 4 pcs


Method:

1. Blend Sundried Tomato, Garlic, Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese, and Seasoning to make pesto.

2. Mix Chicken Thigh with the pesto and add Paprika. Allow it to marinate for 3 hours.

3. Heat the pan, and cook the chicken until tender.

4. Brush the chicken with butter.

5. Thread the chicken onto Satay Sticks.

6. Serve hot.
