Suniladri Sarkar has recently been appointed as the Senior Manager of F&B Controls at Semolina Kitchen a Adani Enterprises, Mumbai. With an extensive background in food and beverage control and finance, Suniladri brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record to his new role.


Prior to his current role, Suniladri served as the Head of Food & Beverage Controls at Foodlink India Private Limited in Mumbai, where he was responsible for overseeing F&B controls and ensuring cost efficiency across the organization.


Before his tenure at Foodlink, Suniladri was the Manager of F&B Controls at Panoramic Universal Limited in Mumbai. In this role, he managed F&B controls, streamlined processes, and contributed to the company's financial stability.


Suniladri's career includes significant roles such as Corporate Controller at Admire Services in Mumbai and Corporate Controller - Operations & Controls at JSM in Mumbai. These positions involved managing corporate controls and operations, ensuring compliance, and optimizing financial performance.


His earlier roles include serving as a Hotel Controller at Quail Cruise Line and as a Cost Controller/Purchase Manager at Corinthia Bab Africa, where he gained valuable experience in managing costs and procurement.


Suniladri also held positions as Assistant Audit Manager at Hyatt Regency and F&B Controller at ITC Sonar Bangala Sheraton & Tower and The Park Hotels, where he developed his skills in auditing and food and beverage control.


In addition, Suniladri worked as a Cost Controller at Star Cruises and as F&B Cost Controller/Assistant Manager F&B at Sun Island, Maldives, where he was responsible for cost control and financial management.


His career began with the role of Assistant F&B Controller/Sales & Marketing at The Ambassador Sky Chef, where he gained a strong foundation in F&B control and sales management.


Suniladri holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from UBI and a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Bhopal. He completed his commerce education at K.V.S Barrackpore.
