Sunit Kumar Singh has recently stepped into the role of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Lucknow, focusing on its pre-opening operations. This new position underscores his impressive track record and expertise in leading food and beverage departments across various prestigious hotels and resorts.


Sunit's career has seen steady progression through various leadership roles. Before joining Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, he worked as the Restaurant Manager at The Centrum, where he managed the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and contributed to enhancing guest dining experiences. Prior to that, he served as the Food & Beverage Operation Manager (HOD) at Lavista, managed by East Coast Investment in the Maldives, where he was responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the food and beverage department in a luxury resort setting.


His experience also includes being the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (HOD) at Choice Hotels International in Lucknow, where he oversaw the entire department, ensuring seamless coordination and high service standards. At Golden Tulip Hotels, Suites & Resorts in Lucknow, Sunit took on the role of Restaurant Manager and acted as the Head of Department (HOD), leading the restaurant team and enhancing operational efficiency.


Earlier in his career, Sunit played a key role in several pre-opening projects, starting as an F&B Executive and later becoming an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Lucknow. He also held positions in the pre-opening teams of Ranjee's Hotel, Lucknow, and Wings Service Pvt. Ltd., where he gained valuable expertise in launching new operations and setting high standards for service delivery. His role as a Captain (Supervisor) at Hotel India Awadh in Lucknow helped hone his supervisory skills in food and beverage management.


Sunit's international experience includes working with Cenizaro Hotels & Resorts as a Guest Services Associate in a pre-opening project as well as with Villa Hotels in the Maldives. He also gained valuable exposure to luxury hospitality while working at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces in Lucknow and Qutab Hotel in New Delhi as a Guest Services Associate.


His educational background includes a BSc in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from SBIHM School of Management. Sunit also completed his intermediate studies in Art from Kendriya Vidyalaya.


With a wealth of experience across multiple hospitality brands, both in India and internationally, Sunit Kumar Singh is poised to make a significant impact in his new role at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Lucknow, ensuring that the pre-opening project sets the standard for excellence in food and beverage service.
