Before his international stint, Prakash honed his skills at renowned establishments such as ITC Hotels and Nemesia Hotel, where he held key culinary leadership roles. His experience at ITC Hotels in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, India, equipped him with valuable insights into Indian cuisine and effective kitchen management practices.


During his tenure as the Executive Sous Chef at Crown Plaza Hotel in Dubai, Prakash played a pivotal role in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.
