Suraj Shinde has been appointed as the Resort Manager at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited. With an extensive background in food and beverage management and a strong track record in the hospitality industry, Suraj brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role, where he will oversee resort operations, guest services, and overall management to ensure a superior guest experience.


Before joining Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, Suraj served as the Food and Beverage Manager at Comfort Inn in Kevadia. In this role, he was responsible for managing all aspects of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service, and enhancing guest satisfaction.


Prior to his tenure at Comfort Inn, Suraj held the position of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Royal Orchid Hotels in Goa. His responsibilities included supervising food and beverage operations, managing staff, and implementing quality control measures to maintain excellent service.


Suraj's experience also includes his role as Restaurant Manager at Neelam's The Grand Goa, where he was in charge of daily restaurant operations, menu planning, and staff training. He also served as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd in Goa, focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences and improving operational efficiency.


Additionally, Suraj worked as the Cluster Outlet Manager at Debonairs Pizza in Limbe, Blantyre Malawi, where he managed multiple outlets, coordinated marketing strategies, and ensured consistent service quality.


Earlier in his career, Suraj gained valuable experience as a Senior F&B Executive at Radisson Hotel in Goa and as an F&B Executive at Fortune Park Hotels in Goa. He progressed through roles from F&B Associate to F&B Supervisor, demonstrating his dedication and ability to excel in various positions within the food and beverage sector.


Suraj began his hospitality journey with industrial training at Resorte Marinha Dourado Private Limited in Goa and as a Food & Beverage Attendant at The Gaekwad Baroda Golf Club in Vadodara. He also completed an Industrial Exposure Training internship at Taj - The Gateway Hotel Vadodara, gaining hands-on experience in high-end hospitality operations.


Suraj holds a Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Bharathiyar University and a Master's Degree in Political Science and Government from Shivaji University, providing him with a comprehensive educational background that complements his professional experience.
