Surajit's journey to Accor, North Goa follows a series of successful tenures at renowned hotels and resorts across India. Most recently, he served as the General Manager at Holiday Inn Goa Candolim, where he spent nearly four years spearheading operations and enhancing guest experiences. His strategic vision and commitment to excellence significantly contributed to the property's reputation as a premier destination in Goa.

Prior to his role at Holiday Inn Goa Candolim, Surajit held the position of General Manager at Park Plaza Ludhiana, where he played a pivotal role in elevating the hotel's profile and driving revenue growth. His leadership skills and industry knowledge were instrumental in optimizing operational efficiency and delivering unparalleled service standards.

Before venturing into general management roles, Surajit honed his skills in various operational and managerial capacities. He served as the Operations Manager at Lavasa, Pune, under the Accor banner, where he gained invaluable insights into resort operations and guest service management.

Surajit's expertise in food and beverage operations is also noteworthy, having held key positions such as Director of Food and Beverage at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences and Novotel Ahmedabad. His tenure at The Westin Mumbai Garden City, as the Food & Beverage Manager, further enriched his understanding of luxury hospitality and culinary excellence.

A graduate of the Institute of Advanced Management with a specialization in Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Surajit's academic background complements his extensive industry experience, making him a formidable leader in the field.
