Suresh Kala Appointed General Manager at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd.

Suresh Kala has recently taken on the role of General Manager at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd. in Gurugram, Haryana. With a distinguished career in the hospitality industry, Suresh brings extensive experience and leadership skills to his new position.

Prior to this, Suresh served as the General Manager and Resident Manager at Leisure Hotels Group's Aloha on the Ganges in Rishikesh. 

He was instrumental in maintaining the high standards throughout his career journey, earning accolades such as the Yatra Customer Choice Award for "Best Boutique Hotel in India" and the BW Hotelier Award for "National Hotel Manager of the Year" in the Upper Upscale category.

Earlier in his career, Suresh worked at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts as a Front Office Manager in Bhiwadi and as a Duty Manager in Gurgaon. He also gained valuable experience as a Guest Service Executive at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd. and as a Front Office Executive at The Bristol Hotel in Gurgaon. Suresh began his journey in the hospitality industry as a Guest Service Agent at Roots Corporation Limited (Ginger Hotels) in Pantnagar and as a Front Office Executive at Leisure Hotels Group in Haridwar.

Suresh holds a Master of Business Administration in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from Punjab Technical University. He also graduated with a degree in English from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University.

With his extensive background in hotel management and a proven track record of success, Suresh Kala is poised to lead Fortune Park Hotels Ltd. to new heights, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
