Embarking on a new chapter in his culinary journey, Swatantra Gautam has been appointed as the Vice President (Culinary & RnD) at Paradise Food Court Pvt. Ltd (Paradise Biryani). This significant move highlights his expertise and leadership in culinary arts and research and development within the hospitality industry.

With an illustrious career spanning several prestigious establishments, Swatantra brings a wealth of experience and innovation to his new role. Most recently, he served as the Executive Chef at Le Meridién Hyderabad, where he demonstrated his culinary prowess and leadership skills, contributing to the hotel's success.

Prior to his tenure at Le Meridién Hyderabad, Swatantra held executive chef positions at prominent hospitality brands, including Accor and Radisson, where he played integral roles in shaping the culinary direction and standards of these establishments.

His journey also includes serving as the Executive Chef at Azaya Beach Resort Goa and Corporate Chef at DDG Hospitality, where he showcased his culinary creativity and management acumen.

Swatantra's culinary expertise extends beyond traditional hospitality settings, as evidenced by his role as the Regional Head Chef at Emirates Hospitality Group, where he oversaw culinary operations across various locations.

His culinary journey began as a Sous Chef at Old World Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., where he honed his skills and gained valuable experience in kitchen management.

In addition to his culinary achievements, Swatantra has pursued education in hospitality and nutrition to further enhance his knowledge and expertise. He holds a PG Diploma in Nutrition from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, as well as an MBA in Hospitality Administration/Management from Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management.
