Chef Mohit Tak, a luminary in the culinary world, assumes the prestigious role of Executive Sous Chef at Taj Rambagh Palace, Jaipur, heralding a new era of gastronomic excellence at the iconic establishment. With a distinguished career spanning over a decade within the esteemed Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), Chef Tak brings a wealth of expertise and innovation to his latest endeavor.


Embarking on his culinary journey with IHCL in 2010 as a Management Trainee in food production operations, Chef Tak swiftly rose through the ranks, demonstrating unparalleled talent and dedication across various Taj Hotels in India. A graduate of the esteemed Institute of Hotel Management in Bangalore, Chef Tak's innate culinary prowess was recognized early on, earning him acclaim as one of the top graduates of his cohort.


Hailing from Delhi, Chef Tak's culinary trajectory has been characterized by an unwavering commitment to excellence. Notably, his tenure at The Taj Mahal Hotel, Delhi, saw him ascend to the position of Sous Chef at a remarkably young age, where his creative contributions played a pivotal role in the success of the iconic restaurant Machan, earning him the revered title of "Chef of Machan."


Chef Tak's culinary odyssey extends beyond national borders, encompassing enriching experiences at renowned establishments worldwide. His international sojourns include notable stints at TH@51 and Taj the Chambers in London, as well as an enlightening training tenure at NOMA in Copenhagen under the mentorship of culinary luminary Chef Rene Redzepi.


In his newfound role as Executive Sous Chef at Taj Rambagh Palace, Jaipur, Chef Mohit Tak assumes responsibility for overseeing the culinary operations and team. Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef, Chef Tak endeavors to elevate the dining experiences at the palace's esteemed outlets, including Suvarna Mahal, Rajput Room, Polo Bar, and Steam.
