Manish has been an integral part of the culinary team, previously serving as Chef De Cuisine, where his creativity and leadership significantly enhanced the hotel's dining experiences.


In his new role as Executive Sous Chef, Manish will oversee kitchen operations, mentor the culinary team, and continue to innovate in the kitchen. His dedication to excellence and his ability to create memorable dishes have made him a standout leader in the kitchen.


Before his tenure at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, Manish Kumar Tandon was the Executive Chef at Shahrazade in Saudi Arabia and Sarovar Hotels & Resorts in New Delhi. In these roles, he was responsible for directing kitchen operations, curating menus, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.


Manish's educational background includes a 3-year degree from BTC Pussa in Delhi. He began his culinary journey in Mayur Vihar, where he developed a strong foundation in culinary arts and honed his skills in various aspects of kitchen management.


With his promotion to Executive Sous Chef, Manish Kumar Tandon is expected to bring even more innovation and excellence to The Westin Pune Koregaon Park's culinary offerings, continuing to delight guests with his exceptional culinary creations.
