Thota Hari Kishan, a seasoned professional in property and facility management, has assumed the role of Senior Manager of Property Management at Falcon Property Management Services (FPMS). With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Thota brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to his new position, poised to drive operational excellence and enhance property management strategies.

Prior to joining FPMS, Thota served as the Facilities Manager for soft services at a leading organization in Bengaluru. During his tenure, spanning over three years, he demonstrated exceptional skills in facility management, overseeing various aspects of property operations and ensuring smooth functioning of soft services.

Thota's journey in the hospitality industry began as a Graduate Trainee at Dolphin Group of Hotels, where he underwent a comprehensive training program and swiftly ascended to the role of Floor Supervisor within a span of four years. His early career experiences laid a strong foundation in cost savings and building management, shaping his expertise in property operations.

Thota's leadership prowess and dedication to excellence were further showcased during his tenure as Executive Housekeeper at Novotel Kochi Infopark, where he received the Raising Star Award from Accor Asia Pacific. His ability to streamline operations and drive efficiencies earned him recognition as a hotelier award winner under the budget hotels segment during his stint as Housekeeping Manager in Chennai.

Thota holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from NBKR Science and Arts College, Vidyanagar. His academic background, coupled with his extensive industry experience, has equipped him with the skills and knowledge to excel in property and facility management.
