Tikam Singh Takes Charge as Sales Manager - Catering and Events at Karma Lakelands

Karma Lakelands is pleased to announce the appointment of Tikam Singh as the Sales Manager - Catering and Events. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Tikam has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in food and beverage management, sales strategies, and event planning.


In his most recent position as Head of Food and Beverages at The Anya Gurgaon, a Marriott Hotel, Tikam managed operations across the property’s 118 rooms, including a 100-cover restaurant, an 80-cover bar, and a 12,000 sq. ft. banquet area. He played a key role in driving growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and improving operational efficiency, all while fostering a positive team culture.


Before that, Tikam served as Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage at Hilton Worldwide, where he was responsible for managing multiple outlets and overseeing special events. He also took on the role of Departmental Trainer, helping to improve staff performance and ensuring adherence to international standards of food safety and hygiene.


Tikam’s earlier roles at Hilton Worldwide and Radisson Blu Kaushambi, where he worked as Food and Drinks Executive and Food and Beverage Captain, further solidified his skills in operations, sales, and client relations. These experiences have given him a well-rounded understanding of the industry, positioning him perfectly to lead Karma Lakelands’ catering and events team.


In his new role, Tikam will be focusing on driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and overseeing event management. He is excited to contribute to the continued success of Karma Lakelands and elevate its standing as a premier destination for luxury events.
