Prepare these Ladoos that are a powerhouse of nutrition and
delectable too. They are made with only 3 simple ingredients, and have a great
nutty flavor from white sesame seeds, deep sweetness from dates, and a mild
flavor from green cardamom powder.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 minutes
Makes: 12 Ladoos
Ingredients:
White Sesame Seeds- ¾th cup
Seedless Dates - 16 Nos.
Green Cardamom Powder - ¼th tsp
Method:
1. Heat a pan and dry roast white
sesame seeds on a low flame until light golden in color.
2. Switch off the flame.
3. Remove the seeds to a plate and
let them cool completely.
4. Divide the seeds into a ratio of
¾th and ¼th of its original quantity.
5. Blend ¾th of the sesame seeds
into a fine powder.
6. Blend the dates until smooth, but
not a paste, in a blender.
7. In a large glass bowl, add the
dates, sesame seed powder, and green cardamom powder.
8. Mix until well-combined and
divide the mixture into equal portions.
9. With the help of your palms, roll
the mixture into round balls.
10. Gently roll each ladoo to coat
in the reserved ¼th portion of roasted sesame seeds.

Repeat this process until all the ladoos are coated.

Serve.
