Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Uday Barua as the new Director of Food & Beverage. Uday brings a wealth of experience in the F&B sector, with a proven track record in managing operations, enhancing service standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.


Before joining Radisson, Uday served as the Operations Manager and, previously, the Food & Beverage Manager at The Pllazio Hotel in Gurugram, where he streamlined operations and elevated the overall dining experience. His international experience includes a tenure as Food & Beverage Manager with the Ramee Group in Bahrain, where he managed a diverse portfolio of dining establishments, further enriching his global perspective on hospitality standards.


Uday’s extensive career also includes roles as Assistant F&B Manager at Radisson Blu, Restaurant Manager at The Claridges Hotel New Delhi, a butler at Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi and similar roles at The Oberoi in Shimla and New Delhi. He holds his educational background from WIHM, where he specialized in Food & Beverage service.


With his deep industry expertise and leadership skills, Uday is set to bring innovation and enhance the F&B operations at Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center.
