Varun Mishra Joins Pankaj Bhadouria Culinary Academy as Culinary Instructor

Varun Mishra has recently joined the Pankaj Bhadouria Culinary Academy in Lucknow as a Culinary Instructor, bringing his extensive experience and passion for culinary arts to this prestigious institution.

Before this role, Varun served as the International Training & Placement Coordinator at Chandigarh College of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Landran. In this capacity, he was instrumental in securing international training opportunities and placements for students, ensuring they gained valuable global exposure and industry experience.

Varun's career also includes significant teaching roles. He was a Culinary Instructor at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran, and The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in New Delhi, where he taught and mentored aspiring chefs, sharing his expertise and knowledge in culinary arts.

As a Chef at Rayat Bahra University School of Hotel Management & Catering Technology and Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces in Lucknow, Varun honed his culinary skills and gained practical experience in high-end kitchens, which he now imparts to his students.

He also served as a Lecturer/Chef at Heritage Institute of Hotel & Tourism, where he contributed to the academic and professional growth of students by providing comprehensive culinary education and hands-on training.

Varun holds a Master of Business Administration in Tourism & Hospitality from Shobhit University, which complements his technical skills with a strong understanding of the business aspects of the hospitality industry. Additionally, he has a B.Sc. in HMCT (Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management) from CHTS, IHMCT, Lucknow, which laid the foundation for his culinary career. He completed his schooling at Colvin Taluqdars College.

With his rich background in culinary education and practical industry experience, Varun Mishra is set to inspire and train the next generation of chefs at Pankaj Bhadouria Culinary Academy, contributing to the academy's mission of excellence in culinary arts.
