Vijay Bhasker Reddy has taken on the role of Director of Culinary - South India at Foodlink F&B Holdings India Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, Telangana. With a career spanning over two decades, Vijay brings extensive culinary expertise and leadership to his new position. He will oversee culinary operations for the restaurant, banquet, and catering divisions in South India, driving excellence and innovation in buffet presentation and menu development.


Prior to his current role, Vijay served as the Corporate Chef at Duet India Hotel, where he honed his skills in hospitality management, restaurant operations, and new restaurant openings. His tenure there was marked by significant contributions to menu development and culinary standards.


Before joining Duet India Hotel, Vijay was the Corporate Executive Chef at Holiday Inn Express. During this period, he was responsible for overseeing restaurant operations and managing new restaurant openings across India.


Vijay also worked as an Executive Sous Chef at Celebrity Cruises in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area, where he gained international experience and further developed his culinary and management skills.


His previous roles include Executive Chef Outlets at Ohris, Chef de Cuisine at Novotel & HICC, and Senior Sous Chef at Novotel. He also worked in various capacities, including Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, Chef Tournant, and Assistant Cook, at Celebrity Cruises.


His early career began as a Demi Chef de Partie at ITC Kakatiya Sheraton, Hyderabad. Vijay completed a USPH certification from CDC, Miami, demonstrating his commitment to hygiene and sanitation standards.


Vijay Bhasker Reddy holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management degree in Hospitality from Osmania University.
