Prior to his tenure at Radisson Blu, Vikas served as Food and Beverage Manager at Hari Niwas Palace Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir, where he honed his skills in managing diverse F&B outlets and delivering impeccable service to guests. His strategic approach to F&B operations played a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction and driving revenue growth for the hotel.

Before joining Hari Niwas Palace Hotel, Vikas gained valuable experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Oberoi Amarvillas in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
