He was later appointed as Purchase Manager there as well, further showcasing his leadership skills and deep understanding of the hospitality industry’s procurement needs.

Prior to his tenure at The Leela, Vikas served as the Purchase Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group in New Delhi, where he was responsible for overseeing procurement operations and ensuring the seamless supply of goods and services to the hotel.

Vikas's earlier career includes significant roles such as Material Executive at Hilton Worldwide, Mayur Vihar, where he was instrumental in managing inventory and supplier relationships. He also worked as a Purchase Supervisor at The Claridges Hotels & Resorts, Delhi, where he honed his skills in procurement and materials management.
