Vimlesh Kumar Giri embarks on a new chapter in his illustrious career as he takes up the position of General Manager - Operations at The Burger Company. With a proven track record in operations management and a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry, Vimlesh is poised to lead the company to new heights of success.

In his most recent role as City Operations Manager at The Belgian Waffle Co, Vimlesh spearheaded the management of 40 outlets, demonstrating his adeptness in daily operations, strategic planning, and business analysis. His leadership was instrumental in driving operational efficiency and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across multiple locations in the Delhi NCR region.

Prior to his tenure at The Belgian Waffle Co, Vimlesh served as Regional Manager at Whiz Group, where he remotely oversaw 80 outlets in North India, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai. His expertise in daily operations management and effective communication contributed to the success and growth of the organization.

Vimlesh's journey in the hospitality industry began with roles at Fabcafe Foods Private Limited and Nosh.it Food Facts, where he honed his skills in operations, training, and sales management. His dedication and commitment to excellence led him to progressively senior positions, including Area Manager and Area Sales Manager.

Before transitioning to managerial roles, Vimlesh gained valuable experience in restaurant management at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. and Cafe Coffee Day, where he began his career as a team member and worked his way up to cafe manager. His hands-on experience in daily operations and customer service laid a solid foundation for his subsequent leadership roles.

Educated at Aravali College of Engineering and Management and Pt. J L N College, Faridabad, Haryana, Vimlesh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Retailing and Retail Operations, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Counseling Psychology. His educational background, coupled with his extensive industry experience, equips him with the necessary skills in leadership, team management, and strategic planning to excel in his new role.
