Vinay Kumar has recently been appointed to the role of Restaurant Manager at Marriott International, Hyderabad. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Vinay brings a wealth of expertise to his new position, where he will oversee restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service.


Before his current role, Vinay served as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Marriott International in Goa. During his tenure, he excelled in leadership and operational management, enhancing guest satisfaction and streamlining service processes. His proficiency with MICROS and other management tools contributed significantly to his success in this role.


Prior to this, Vinay was a Food and Beverage Executive at IHG Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur. In this position, he managed food and beverage operations, showcasing his leadership skills and expertise in MICROS. He played a key role in maintaining high service standards and driving customer satisfaction.


Vinay's earlier experience includes his role as a Food & Beverage Executive at Marriott International in Ahmedabad. Here, he managed the food and beverage department, implementing effective strategies to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. His leadership skills and extensive knowledge of MICROS and other relevant systems were pivotal to his role.


Starting his journey at Marriott International as an Associate, Vinay focused on food safety and hospitality services. His dedication to maintaining high standards of service set the foundation for his subsequent roles in the industry.


Vinay also gained valuable experience at Park Plaza, Chandigarh, where he worked as an Internship Trainee and later as an Associate. During his time here, he developed foundational skills in food safety and hospitality services.


Vinay holds a Diploma of Education in Restaurant/Food Services Management from the Chandigarh Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (CIHM). This education provided him with the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for his career in the hospitality industry.
