Vinod Sharma has recently taken on the role of Sous Chef at Sunday Hotel, Delhi, bringing extensive culinary expertise and teaching experience to the position. With a career spanning multiple esteemed hospitality brands, Vinod is known for his creative approach to culinary practices and dedication to guest satisfaction.


Before joining Sunday Hotel, Vinod served as a Sous Chef with Clarks Inn Group of Hotels, where he played a significant role in elevating the dining experience. Previously, he held the position of Chef de Partie (CDP) at Radisson Blu, Clarks Inn, and ITC Hotels, where he developed specialized culinary skills and managed kitchen operations. His earlier experience includes serving as Head Chef at Restaurant Multicuisine, where he oversaw diverse menu offerings and kitchen management.


In addition to his hands-on roles in the culinary field, Vinod has a strong background in hospitality education. He served as a Chef Faculty at KCL Institute of Management and Technology and as an Assistant Professor at GNA University, where he shared his industry insights with aspiring chefs. He began his journey in hospitality as a Kitchen Associate at The Oberoi Group.


Vinod holds a Master’s degree in Hotel Management from Chandigarh University and a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Practices from the Institute of Hotel Management, Srinagar. His academic journey began at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
