Vivek Kumar Takes Charge as Rooms Division Manager at Karma Lakelands, Gurugram

Vivek Kumar has recently assumed role as the Rooms Division Manager at Karma Lakelands, Gurugram. Previously, he served as the Executive Housekeeper at the same establishment, where he significantly contributed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.


Vivek's extensive experience in the hospitality industry is marked by his previous roles as Housekeeping Manager at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri New Delhi and at Eastin Easy Talegaon Pune, a business hotel managed by Absolute Hotel Services. His expertise also includes his tenure as Executive Housekeeper at U Rivergate Karjat Mumbai, a luxury retreat and spa managed by Absolute Hotel Services, and at Howard Plaza, The Fern Agra.


Early in his career, Vivek was part of the Manager Development Program and served as Housekeeping Executive (pre-opening) at Courtyard by Marriott Agra. He also held the position of Team Leader at Radisson Blu Agra and worked as a Housekeeping Executive in Puri and a Management Trainee in Ooty with Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited. He began his journey in hospitality with industrial training at Inder Residency, Udaipur.


Vivek holds a BSc in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, and Tourism from the Heritage Institute of Hotel and Tourism.
